Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using eventory (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you use eventory on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that company's behalf.
2. The service
Eventory is rental management software for photobooth, 360 booth, audio guestbook and event equipment rental businesses. It helps manage bookings, equipment availability, staff, customers, quotes, confirmations, checklists and post-event deliveries. Eventory may add, change or discontinue individual features over time, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid customers.
3. Accounts and plans
Eventory is offered under the solo, studio and business plans described on our pricing page, along with optional add-ons such as additional users, assisted setup, data migration, and usage-based SMS, WhatsApp or AI features. Plan limits (users and rental items) are enforced as described on the pricing page at the time of subscription, and may be updated with notice.
4. Billing and payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, through our payment provider. Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes. Unless required otherwise by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features ends at that time unless otherwise stated. Downgrading or cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, except where required by law.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the customer, booking and business data you enter into eventory ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you, in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data about your own customers and staff within eventory.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, circumventing plan limits, reverse engineering the software, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep eventory available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Business plan customers receive priority support as described on the pricing page; other plans receive standard support during business hours.
9. Intellectual property
Eventory, its software, design and branding are the property of eventory and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service itself, only the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eventory is provided "as is", and eventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. This section is a placeholder and should be finalized with legal counsel to reflect appropriate liability caps and carve-outs for your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email or through the product before they take effect.
12. Governing law
The governing law and dispute resolution process will be specified here once finalized with legal counsel, based on eventory's place of incorporation and target markets.
